Camille Rouschmeyer, an impressionist painter, presents landscapes that are familiar to her, such as Lake Annecy and its surrounding mountains, the Bout du Lac Nature Reserve, and the château on the Duingt peninsula. She also paints places discovered during her travels in France, including the marshes of Bourges, a sandy path leading to the sea in Brittany, and the Pointe des Poulains with its lighthouse.
